Island Precision manufactured and installed suite entry packages to the 176 residential units, as well as providing laundry rooms, closets and other miscellaneous millwork. The pair of doors featured at each entry are up to 4-feet wide each, by 8-feet high, and are 2 inches thick. They include extensive machining for rabbeted meeting stiles, flush bolts, mortise hardware, seals, peeps and decorative saw kerfs; and the active doors are upholstered in padded leather. The doors, frame and adjacent wall panels for each suite were built and finished as a set, ensuring consistency of grain character and colour across the entire elevation.
