This kind of project is really in Island Precision's "sweet spot". There were three design themes (using Black Walnut, Easter Maple, or Arbutus), then within each suite the veneer was selected such that all the millwork was done with the same flitch and all elevations were blueprint-matched. Island Precision manufactured and installed complete millwork packages to thirty-eight suites, including fire-rated entry doors and frames, interior doors, wall paneling, kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, entertainment units, and standing and running trim.
